Chapter 9 - Agency for International Development

  • Scale back USAID's global footprint and budget to pre-COVID-19 pandemic levels
  • Appoint USAID Administrator as Director of Foreign Assistance with rank of Deputy Secretary at State Department
  • Restore and expand Trump Administration's counter-China infrastructure at USAID
  • Eliminate climate change policies and programs, including rescinding USAID's Climate Strategy 2022-2030
  • Dismantle USAID's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) apparatus
