Chapter 9 - Agency for International Development
- Scale back USAID's global footprint and budget to pre-COVID-19 pandemic levels
- Appoint USAID Administrator as Director of Foreign Assistance with rank of Deputy Secretary at State Department
- Restore and expand Trump Administration's counter-China infrastructure at USAID
- Eliminate climate change policies and programs, including rescinding USAID's Climate Strategy 2022-2030
- Dismantle USAID's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) apparatus
- Rename Office of Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment to Office of Women, Children, and Families
- Remove terms like "gender," "reproductive health," and "sexual and reproductive rights" from USAID materials
- Reinstate and expand the Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance policy (global gag rule)
