Chapter 17 - Department of Justice

  • Conduct an immediate review of all major active FBI investigations and activities.
  • Realign FBI's placement within the DOJ, placing it under supervision of the Criminal Division and National Security Division.
  • Prohibit FBI from engaging in activities related to combating misinformation and disinformation by Americans.
  • Streamline non-law enforcement functions within the FBI, such as its Office of General Counsel.
  • Emphasize, fund, and reward FBI field offices while shrinking headquarters staff.
