Chapter 15 - Department of Housing and Urban Development

  • Assign all delegated powers to politically appointed leadership positions
  • Change current career leadership positions into political and non-career appointment positions
  • Use Senior Executive Service (SES) transfers to install aligned leadership
  • Make the HUD Secretary a member of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S.
  • Create a HUD task force to identify and reverse Biden Administration actions advancing progressive ideology
  • Review all subregulatory guidance instituted outside of the Administrative Procedure Act
