Gov. Kathleen Blanco is now asking for the complete evacuation of New Orleans. Some people who decided to remain are now going to be removed from the N.O. area. The situation continues to deteriorate.

The “bowl effect” is now happening. Any location in New Orleans that is +3ft sea level or below is going to be under water.
